Promenade

The promenade was Senco’s entrance to the West Loop marketplace. The project consists of 78 new construction condos in a 10-story structure. At the time, the tallest structure in that area of the West Loop was 3 stories. The project provides unbelievable views of the West downtown Chicago skyline, located blocks away from Skinner Park and easy access to the Loop, public transit lines and highways. The project also includes retail and office space on the ground floor.
