Orbit Building

The Orbit building is an adaptive reuse of a building which held a Polish dance hall/banquet center for decades. The project moved forward with the approval and design guidance of Preservation Chicago, as the Terra Cotta façade and design is of historical significance to the neighborhood. The second floor consist of 13 apartments, while the lower level consists of 5 retail spaces.
