Clocktower Lofts

This is an adaptive reuse of a full city block manufacturing warehouse into 113 residential condo units. The original use of the warehouse was a clothing manufacturer. When the developer purchased the property, it consisted of several smaller manufacturing tenants. The name was coined from the large clocktower located in the mid-section of the building.
