Electric Company Lofts

The Electric Company Lofts was an adaptive reuse of a timber loft building that was an electrical cord manufacturer. A highlight of the project was covered elevated walkway connecting two buildings together over a public alley. The project overlooks the 606 Trail and is located two blocks from the CTA Blue Line station at Western Ave.
