The Emerald

The Emerald on Green street is a new construction, two tower, 213 unit condo project constructed in 2008 in the West Loop neighborhood. The project consists of two, twelve story towers with a retail component in front of the building. The building boasts an 8,000SQFT lobby with party room, fitness center and 2 meeting rooms. Between the amenities and design, the project was ahead of it’s time on design and prestigious location in the West Loop.
